Try A Homemade Temporary Tattoo

November 5, 2011

If you are interested in getting a tattoo, but are still not very sure about it, you may find a temporary tattoo the perfect temporary solution for you!

With temporary tattoos, you can try as many as you wish and you can even make and draw temporary tattoos at home!

It is cheaper, less painful and safer to go with temporary tattoos. There are several methods of making homemade temporary tattoos. In addition to temporary tattoo skin markers and temporary tattoo decal papers, you can also make glitter temporary tattoos with stencils.

To make glitter temporary tattoos at home with a stencil, clean and dry the skin thoroughly with a towel. Put your stencil against the skin and hold in place.  Then carefully sprinkle non-toxic sparkles over the stencil. Then lift the stencil being careful not to smudge the edges. Do not touch the glitter temporary tattoo before it dries thoroughly. Glitter temporary tattoos usually stay for a few days and are easy to remove with nail polish remover.

For Face temporary tattoos, you may need to spend a bit more money on purchasing the painting tools. You will need to purchase soft-bristled brushes and sponges to apply the paints. However each temporary face tattoo costs only a few cents and the supplies last a long time.  Face temporary tattoos are easy to apply. You can either draw or paint with free-handed or use a stencil….and the face tattoos can be easily removed with soap and water.
